What are the procedures for requesting exemption from the registration fee for the public tender?
6.4.3.1. The candidate who is in a situation of economic and financial hardship may request exemption from the payment of the registration fee, according to the provisions of Law No. 13,656 / 2018 and this Edital.
6.4.3.2. The candidate who is unemployed may request exemption from the payment of the registration fee, according to the provisions of Law No. 13,656 / 2018 and this Edital.
6.4.3.2.1. To prove the situation provided for in item 6.4.3.2 of this Edital, the candidate must electronically attach the following documents to the exemption request:
6.4.3.2.2. The candidate who is a low-income family member may request exemption from the payment of the registration fee, according to the provisions of Law No. 13,656 / 2018 and this Edital.
6.4.3.2.3. To prove the situation provided for in item 6.4.3.2.2 of this Edital, the candidate must electronically attach the following documents to the exemption request:
6.4.3.2.4. The candidate who has been dismissed without just cause in the period of up to 12 (twelve) months prior to the publication of this Edital may request exemption from the payment of the registration fee, according to the provisions of Law No. 13,656 / 2018 and this Edital.
6.4.3.2.4.1. To prove the situation provided for in item 6.4.3.2.4 of this Edital, the candidate must electronically attach a copy of the pages of the previous CTPSs, relating to the pages containing photographs, civil qualification, last employment contract with the due registration of the date of departure from the last job and subsequent page.
6.4.3.2.5. To request exemption in the condition of "Never worked", the candidate must send the exemption request, duly signed, as well as a copy of the pages of the CTPS containing the photo, civil qualification, blank employment contract and blank General Annotations.
6.4.3.3. The condition of regular blood donor, one who has donated blood to an official body or entity accredited by the Union, the State or the municipality, at least twice a year, for at least two years.
6.4.3.3.1. To prove the situation provided for in item 6.4.3.3 of this Edital, the candidate must electronically present a readable declaration, dated and signed, in which he informs the dates of the donations, in the terms of § 3 of article 1 of State Law No. 13,392 / 1999.
6.4.4. To request exemption from the payment of the registration fee, the candidate must comply with the following procedures:
a) fill out the exemption request within the period provided for in item 6.4.1, through the website , indicating whether the condition is of economic and financial hardship, unemployment or blood donor, and issue a receipt;
b) in case of economic and financial hardship characterized by registration in the CadÚnico, it will be sufficient to electronically indicate the Social Identification Number (NIS) in the exemption request;
c) in case of unemployment and / or low-income family member or blood donor, attach to the exemption request proof of the documentation required to prove the condition reported, in the terms established in items 6.4.3.2 and 6.4.3.3 of this Edital and its sub-items, which must be scanned into a single file of extension "PDF" and submitted via upload in the "Candidate Area" in the specific link, observing the size limit of 5 (five) megabytes.
6.4.5. In the request for exemption from the payment of the registration fee, the candidate must sign a declaration that he is unemployed and / or a low-income family member, is not receiving any continuous benefit, does not receive any type of income - except that from unemployment insurance, if applicable - and that his economic and financial situation does not allow him to pay the said amount without prejudice to his own or his family's livelihood, responding civilly and criminally for the entire content of his declaration.
6.4.6. The information provided in the Electronic Exemption Request will be the sole responsibility of the candidate, who will be civilly and criminally liable for the content of the statements.
6.4.7. Exemption from the payment of the registration fee will not be granted to the candidate who:
a) omits information and / or makes them untrue;
b) requests exemption instructing the request with incomplete documentation, not complying with the provisions of item 6.4 and sub-items of this Edital;
c) does not observe the deadline established in item 6.4.1;
d) fills in the information incorrectly;
e) does not inform the Social Identification Number (NIS) correctly or informs it in situations of invalid, excluded, with income outside the profile, not registered, of another person, with outdated registration for a period exceeding 48 (forty-eight) months or another reason informed by MDS (manager of CadÚnico);
f) does not observe deadlines for submission of supporting documents when applicable.
6.4.7.1. The candidate who fills out the registration request instead of the exemption request, as determined in item 6.4.2, will not be granted exemption for non-compliance with the rules provided for in the Edital.
6.4.8. Each candidate must individually submit their documentation, and it is forbidden to send documents from more than one candidate.
