I - The candidate must access the "Candidate Area" on the website and click on the link referring to the CEMIG Public Tender Notice nº 02/2023.
II - The request for refund will be available for 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the act that caused the cancellation, suspension or non-realization of the tender.
III - To obtain the refund, the candidate must inform the name and number of the bank, name and number of the agency with digit and number of the checking account with digit, as well as the full name and CPF of the account holder, if it belongs to third parties.
IV - The refund will be processed within 20 (twenty) business days after the deadline provided for in item 6.3.2.2, by depositing it into the bank account indicated in the request, in cases where all the data sent are correct.
V - The responsibility for the correct and complete information of all data required for the eventual refund of the registration fee is entirely the candidate's, and CEMIG and FUNDEP cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of refund if the data is insufficient or incorrect.

Para solicitar o reembolso da taxa de inscrição do Concurso Público da CEMIG, o candidato deve seguir os seguintes passos: I - O candidato deve acessar a "Área do Candidato" no site e clicar no link referente ao Edital do Concurso Público da CEMIG nº 02/2023. II - O pedido de reembolso estará disponível por 30 (trinta) dias consecutivos a partir do ato que causou o cancelamento, suspensão ou não realização do concurso. III - Para obter o reembolso, o candidato deve informar o nome e número do banco, nome e número da agência com dígito e número da conta corrente com dígito, bem como o nome completo e CPF do titular da conta, se pertencer a terceiros. IV - O reembolso será processado em até 20 (vinte) dias úteis após o prazo previsto no item 6.3.2.2, por meio de depósito na conta bancária indicada no pedido, nos casos em que todos os dados enviados estiverem corretos. V - A responsabilidade pela informação correta e completa de todos os dados necessários para o eventual reembolso da taxa de inscrição é inteiramente do candidato, e a CEMIG e a FUNDEP não podem ser responsabilizadas pela impossibilidade de reembolso se os dados forem insuficientes ou incorretos.
