The Decree No. 3,197, of October 5, 1999, promulgated Convention No. 132 of the ILO, which deals with Paid Annual Leave. In accordance with its provisions, choose the correct alternative:


A. Official or customary holidays, whether or not they fall within the period of paid annual leave, will not be counted as part of the period of paid annual leave;
B. The employer grants the vacation, which will determine exclusively when the vacation will be taken, and the employee's interest is irrelevant;
