Topical use: - Mometasone cream: Apply to lesions 2x/day - Hydrocortisone cream: Apply to lesions 2x/day - Desonide cream: Apply to lesions 2x/day - Methylprednisolone cream: Apply to lesions 2x/day Oral use of antihistamines: - Hydroxyzine 10mg or 25mg: Take 1 tablet orally every 8 hours - Loratadine 10mg: Take 1 or 2 tablets orally 1 or 2 times a day - Fexofenadine 60,120,180mg: Take 1 tablet of 60-180mg orally once a day For severe or refractory cases: - Prednisone 0.5-1mg/kg/day: Take 1 tablet for a maximum of 7 days - Immunosuppressants: - Cyclosporine 100mg: Take 3-5mg/kg/day orally (request renal, hepatic, HMG function and monthly follow-up)
