a) Despite the high temperature observed in this environment of Company F, it is below the tolerance limits established by NR-15.
b) The radiation from the heat exceeded the tolerance limits established in Annex 3 of NR-15, classifying these activities as unhealthy.
c) The legal devices established by NR-14 are not directly related to the various annexes of NR-15, which deals with unhealthiness.
d) The temperature verified in the Company F's shed is above the action levels, but below the tolerance limits; therefore, there is nothing to be treated in relation to unhealthiness in this case.
e) It will be up to the CIPA - Internal Accident Prevention Commission, to define whether or not there is unhealthy exposure to heat in this work environment.
