O que é o Levantamento planialtimétrico?
O levantamento planialtimétrico é um 
documento que descreve o terreno com 
exatidão e nele são anotadas as medidas 
planas, ângulos e diferenças de nível 
(inclinação).
Este foi um levantamento preliminar, para 
posterior acompanhamento da parte de 
topografia da obra. De inicio foi realizado o 
l e v a n t a m e n t o p l a n i a l t i m é t r i c o e 
posteriormente a parte de locação do 
gabarito da obra.

Esta obra faz parte de uma execução de um trabalho topográfico, realizado com o intuito de elaborar peças 
técnicas com informações do declive do terreno (trabalho técnico em anexo). Diante o oferecido pela disciplina 
fez-se uso do acompanhamento desta obra para elaboração deste conteúdo.

CONCLUSÃO
Através da visita técnica feita, vimos todos os passos para uma edificação de 
grande porte, conforme as normas brasileiras de construção, bem como uma obra 
bem planejada e organizada melhora o rendimento dos colaboradores e o aspecto 
visual do local. Planejamento e qualificação empregadas na obra agilizam a execução, e 
também diminuem os contra tempos que podem ocorrer.
