put together by experts; and, an email is short, straight to the point and does not usually analyze works. An article, on
the other hand, which is the case in question, is written by experts, is elaborate, scienti�cally detailed, and provides
the line of study that is going to be used. In the case of the article in question: the concept of face by Goffman (1967)
and the identity of the post-modern era considering the notion of Stuart Hall (2003) and Bauman (1998).
