Put the value of "Acquisition Setting" as "㎸ : 83, ㎂ : 200, Sampling : 100, Pileup(OT Detector) check” and click "Set(s)" button. • 9. To measure "Spectrum" and "Count", put the Carriage’s positioning coordinate as "X : 202220, Y : 800000", and move the Carriage by clicking "Move" Button (Carriage will move to the center of the device). • 10. Check whether kV and mA are set correctly (㎸ = 83, ㎃ = 0.20) by clicking "Get" Button on "Acquisition Status" menu. And check the HFG’s current temperature(Temp). • 11. If the temperature is higher than 30℃, move to the next step. If not, return to the step #6.. • 12. Get ready to measure by clicking "Shutter Open" Button in "Mechanic Control". • 13. Change the window by choosing "Channel Setting" tab in the left-down side of "FANAFactory". S/N OT Flag Check Box All Text Box Bin Check Box H/W Setting * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 14. Check Main Board and Detector S/N by clicking "Get Info" Button in "S/N" menu. (Main Board = 010204, Detector = 031601) • 15. After putting "70, 75, 75, 80" in "ALL Text Box" on "EEPROM" menu, transport this Bin value by clicking "Batch set" Button. (If the Bin value is successfully transported, the Check Box in the right will be automatically checked). • 16. Change the window by choosing "H/W Setting" tab in the left-down side of "FANAFactory". Average Value of Low and High for each Chanel Gain Start Start Trash (Packet) Text Box Count * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 17. Change the window by choosing "Count" tab on the menu of "FANAFactory". • 18. Change the value of "Start Trash (ms) Text Box" on the right side of "FANAFactory" Program from 1400 to 2000. • 19. Strat "Gain Control" by clicking "GainStart" Button in the right side of "FANAFactory". • 20. Once “Count” is completed, check whether the average values of Low and High are higher than 4,000 for each Chanel (Ch01 ~ Ch16), and also check "Graph” is getting to the stable Y-axis values within the 1/5 part of the X-axis. * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 21. Change the window by choosing "Spectrum" tab on the menu of "FANAFactory". • 22. Start gaining "Spectrum" by clicking "Start" Button on the right side of "FANAFactory". • 23. Once the "Spectrum” gaining is completed, change the starting point of "Spectrum Graph" from 20 to 34, and check whether "Low Peak, Valley, High Peak" are well represented as shown below. Start Change Starting Point of Spectrum 20 => 34 Spectrum * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 24. If the "Spectrum" is not showing up normally, check the device and re-start from the beginning. • 25. If the “Spectrum” is showing normally, save the value of “Gain” and “Spectrum” ” by clicking "Save Gain", "Save Ref.", and "Save dsr" Button. Incorrect type 2 Channels are not matched High Peak should be higher than Valley 2 Channels are not matched Low Peak Valley High Peak * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 26. While keeping the collected "Spectrum", make the average Spectrum to be shown on the graph by clicking "ChMean" Button. • 27. If the Low Peak / Valley / High Peak are marked, put the value of L1 / L2 / H1 / H2 by calculating as below. Type in value of L1/L2/H1/H2 in Text BOX ChMean L1 = LowPeak - 20 (L1 = 72 - 20 = 52) L2 = Valley - 5 (L2 = 93 - 5 = 88) H1 = Valley (H1 = 93) H2 = HighPeak + 30 (H2 = 106 + 30 = 136) * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 28. After putting the value of L1/L2/H1/H2, save the Bin value(fanachs.bin) as a File by clicking "Save BinVal" Button. • 29. The value of each "Chanel Text Box" in "EEPROM" is changed if Bin values are saved. Apply these values by clicking "Batch Set" Button. "Click Batch Set" Button again to apply Setting value * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 30. Change the window by choosing ""Count" tab on the menu of "FANAFactory". • 31. Type in the value of "Iter Text Box" on the right side of "FANAFactory" Program as 1,000. • 32. Open "HFG Sutter" by clicking "Shutter Open" Button. • 33. Start “Count” by clicking "Start" Button on the right side of "FANAFactory". Iter Text BoxCount Shutter Open Start CV Average Low/High Count * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 35. Once the “Count” is completed, the average value of each Chanel(Ch01 ~ Ch16) will be higher than 30,000 for the Low area and 15,000 for the High area, and CV will be lower than 0.6/0.8. If the values are not normal, or if the certain Chanel shows a bigger difference than the other Channels, go back to the step #18 and repeat the process because it means that Bin setting of the device is not set correctly. If the result is the same even after the repetition of the process, change the Detector. • 36. Once the process is completed, save the measured Count values by clicking "Save" Button. * PRIMUS Factory calibration manual • 37. Open “File Search” window, and type in %appdata% on the pathway window. • 38.
