Clarice Lispector
1920 – Borned in December, 10 at Tchetchelnik, Ucrânia. Daughter of Marieta and Pedro Lispector;
1921 – Clarice arrive at Brazil, she was two months old, thats the reason why she considers herself so much brasilian, and go live in Maceió.
1924 – The Family change to Recife, Recife, where Clarice stay in her childhood, study in a school group João Barbalho, going to the gym Pernambucano.
1930 – Die her mom.
1933 – Pedro Lispector went with the Family to Rio de Janeiro, and Clarice begin to study at the Colégio Sílvio Leite. In that period she read much, not only romances of Delly, but Works of writers like Júlio Dinis, Eça de Queirós, José de Alencar e Dostoiewski.
1940 – Inthis year she began te university “Faculdade Nacional de Direito”. Die her father.

1942 – In the university, she began to write her first romance, Perto do Coração Selvagem.
1943 – Work at “A Noite” like editor, going after to the “Diário da Tarde”, where did a female page signed by Ilka Soares. She naturalizes brasilian. Married with the diplomat Mauri Gurgel Valente, in January 23.
1952 – Publish “Algund Contos”, write the story “Entre mulheres” to the magazine Comício, with the pseudonym Teresa Quadros.
1962 – Recives the Prize Carmem Dolores because of her romance “A Maça no Escuro”.
1967 – Was severe hurt because of a fire on her apartamento.
1969 – Recives the Prize “Golfinho de Ouro”.
1975 – She participated of the 1º Word Congress of Witchcraft, at Bogotá, with the text “Literature and Magic”.
1977 – Publish a series of interviews in “Fatos e Fotos”, with the title “Diálogos Possíveis com Clarice Lispector”, She died on December, 9.

About her works
The objective of Clarice, um her Works, is to get the regions more deep in minds of the caracters. Is this search that determine the characteristics of her style. The plot have second importance. The actions when heppend go to ilustrate the psicologic characteristics of the caracter. Are comum in Clarice’s story don´t have a begin, middle or end. Because of this, she siad, she was more than a writer, she was a “Felling”, because she register in words what she felt. More than storys, her books present impressions.
Historical Context 
Major milestone in the decade Clarice Lispector as inspired to launch his first book, Word War II had been revolutionizing the word and leaving deep scars, causing astonishment because of so many horrors that were made behind the scenes until they were discovered at the end on the war.
