01 – Durante o Embarque
Ladies and Gentleman,

Make sure the tray-table in front of you is stowed and locked.
Observe the FASTEN SEAT BELT and NON SMOKING signs.
For safety procedures please remain seated and fasten your seat belts.
Bring together the two ends and adjust it to your body.
To unfasten it, pull the upper part of the buckle.
Observe how to use the oxygen masks located above your seats.
In case of loss of pressurization, individual masks will fall down automatically from the compartments above your seats.
Pull a mask firmly towards you.
This procedure will allow the oxygen to flow.
Place the yellow cap over your nose and mouth adjusting the elastic band around your head, breathing normally.
Should there be a child next to you, put on your mask first and then assist the child.
There are emergency floor lights along the aisle, on the ceiling and at the exits located over:
Two front doors,
Four windows over the wings and one rear door.
You will find additional information in the safety instruction card found in the seat pocket in front of you.
By determination of the civil aviation department it is forbidden to use portable electronic devices, like CD player, laptops and cellular phones which must be disconnected during the flight.
At night
The lights in the cabin will be dimmed for take-off.

Identify the nearest exit to your seat.
You will find a life vest under each seat.
This live vest should be used in case of landing on water.
To dress it, pull it over your head.
Attach the buckle into the fitting at the botton center of the vest and pull the loose end until the strap is tight around your waist.
Pull down the red tags to inflate it. The vest can also be inflated by blowing air into the proper tubes.
Never inflate your life vest inside the air plane.

08 - Produtos Alimentícios (somente para vôos para USA)
Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to inform you that by determination of the Agriculture and Health Departments it is forbidden to disembark with any kind of food, drinks, fruit, dairy products, yogurts, vegetables and flowers. There are penalties for failure to comply with this regulation.

Passengers with connecting domestic flights should disembark with their luggage, in order to follow the required procedures of customs and immigration authorities.
They will have to present themselves at the check-in counter, which is located at the end of the international landing, for the reshipment procedures.
Passengers with destination to Rio de Janeiro, Galeão Airport, will have to disembark and wait at the international transit area, there will be a change of aircraft at this airport.
Passengers in transit, please remain on board, observing the non-smoking sign.
