Esquadrias - Alumínio e madeira conforme o caso
Instalações elétricas - Conforme as especificações da ABNT.
Instalações Hidráulicas - Em canos de PVC, conectados à rede pública. Será instalada uma caixa d'água com tampa de
2.000litros.
Despejos de esgotos - Em canos de PVC, conectados à fossa séptica.
Todas as peças sanitárias, como tanque para lavagem de roupa, pia de cozinha, bacia e lavatório serão providos de sifão.
