At least two of the following documents must be presented: birth certificate of a child born in common; religious marriage certificate; the insured's income tax return, which includes the interested party as a dependent; testamentary provisions; special declaration made before a notary; proof of the same domicile; evidence of obvious domestic burdens and the existence of a society or communion in civil life acts; mutually granted power of attorney or bail; joint bank account; registration in any association, where the interested party is listed as a dependent of the insured; notation in the employee registration form or book; insurance policy in which the insured is listed as the insurer and the interested party as the beneficiary; medical assistance treatment form, in which the insured is listed as responsible; deed of purchase and sale of property by the insured in the name of the dependent; declaration of non-emancipation of the dependent under 21 years of age; or any others that may lead to the conviction of the fact to be proven.
2. The evidence of stable union and economic dependence requires the beginning of contemporary material proof of the facts, produced in periods not exceeding 24 months prior to the date of death or imprisonment of the insured.

Para comprovar união estável e dependência econômica, são necessários pelo menos dois dos seguintes documentos: - Certidão de nascimento de um filho em comum; - Certificado de casamento religioso; - Declaração de imposto de renda do segurado, que inclua a parte interessada como dependente; - Disposições testamentárias; - Declaração especial feita perante um tabelião; - Comprovante de mesmo domicílio; - Evidências de ônus domésticos óbvios e existência de sociedade ou comunhão em atos da vida civil; - Procuração ou fiança mutuamente concedida; - Conta bancária conjunta; - Registro em qualquer associação, onde a parte interessada esteja listada como dependente do segurado; - Anotação na ficha de registro ou livro de empregado; - Apólice de seguro em que o segurado esteja listado como segurador e a parte interessada como beneficiário; - Formulário de tratamento de assistência médica, no qual o segurado esteja listado como responsável; - Escritura de compra e venda de imóvel pelo segurado em nome do dependente; - Declaração de não emancipação do dependente menor de 21 anos; - Ou qualquer outro documento que possa levar à convicção do fato a ser comprovado. A comprovação da união estável e dependência econômica requer o início de prova material contemporânea dos fatos, produzida em períodos não superiores a 24 meses anteriores à data do falecimento ou prisão do segurado.
