Identify the symptoms and causes of otitis.

I- Causes dizziness, headache, imbalance, and malaise.
II- Causes hearing loss related to tinnitus.
III- Infection of the middle ear with inflammation and accumulation of fluid can cause pain and if frequent, can lead to deafness.
IV- Noises that only the person hears, such as 'phantom sounds', which can be like the sound of bees or hissing. Usually associated with hearing loss.
V- Absence or considerable decrease in hearing.
