Indicate clearly on the Registration Request Form or the Fee Exemption Request Form which special resources are necessary;
If the candidate needs a special condition not provided for in the Registration Request Form, such as the use of objects, devices or prostheses, they must request it through the Extra Special Conditions field, available in the Registration Request Form or the Fee Exemption Request Form, describing the special resources necessary for taking the exam and sending the Medical Report attesting to the special condition(s) required, obeying the criteria and deadline provided in item 5.3;
Send the medical report, according to the provisions of item 5.3 of this Edict.
