Os novos artigos 223-E e 223-F devem ser interpretados de acordo com os princípios da razoabilidade e proporcionalidade. Esses artigos estabelecem valores de indenização de acordo com o grau de participação de cada infrator no ato prejudicial aos direitos da personalidade das vítimas.
