School dropout is the discouragement of the educational system on the part of students that induces the mixture of various factors that form economic, social, psychological, family and individual contexts within the school, from this point of view this research aims to general Analyze the role of educational management and its impact on school dropout in youth and adults at the Primary Level of the normal school Los Trinitarios del Distrito 10-06 Santo Domingo Este in the period 2020-2021, under a mixed, descriptive approach and not experimental, the technique of: observation, interview was used by means of a questionnaire with mixed questions applied to 4 members of the management team, 3 teachers and 10 young people and adults from the Primary Level of the Los Trinitarios normal school. The results of the study show that the factors that affect school dropout are economic factors, poverty, pedagogical, personal, extracurricular, health, environmental and / or social and psychological factors significantly affect school dropout, this brings as a consequence the application of interactive and motivational activities by the teacher, thus awakening the interest of young people and adults not to drop out. On the other hand, there are measures that are used by teachers to control school dropout by offering intellectual opportunities for personal, family and social improvement, under a level of training appropriate for the management of strategies; In addition, it allows them to help organize curricular activities in favor of learning, where students have the opportunity to develop their own creativity, since there is an impact within the educational system and the various agencies, since the lack of use of strategies didactics in teachers, the design of didactic materials, assessment of learning, training of teaching staff and lack of opportunities for students, allow educational institutions to establish, control or modify the methodologies and dynamics of teachers, there is concern to delve more into the problem of school dropout and its possible solution from the educational institution.
