Os pedúnculos cerebelares são feixes de fibras nervosas que conectam o cerebelo a outras estruturas do sistema nervoso central. Existem três tipos de pedúnculos cerebelares: o superior, o médio e o inferior. O pedúnculo cerebelar superior conecta o cerebelo ao mesencéfalo, o pedúnculo cerebelar médio conecta o cerebelo à ponte e o pedúnculo cerebelar inferior conecta o cerebelo à medula espinhal.
