What is the minimum duration of the CIPA training?

The CIPA training must be repeated for each member of each CIPA mandate.
The training for the CIPA in the first term must be carried out within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of inauguration.
The training for the CIPA must cover at least the study of the environment, working conditions, as well as the risks originating from the productive process, methodology of investigation and analysis of work accidents and diseases, notions about accidents and occupational diseases resulting from exposure to the risks existing in the company, notions about labor and social security legislation related to safety and health at work, general principles of occupational hygiene and risk control measures, and organization of the CIPA and other matters necessary for the exercise of the Commission's attributions.
