A study of the solid waste inventory of a textile industry, which points out the origin, qualitative-quantitative characterization of the waste, forms of packaging, internal storage, transportation, treatment and final disposal, showed that 5% of the waste was classified as a hazardous waste - Class I, according to NBR 10004:2004. c) Pathogenicity or combustibility.
d) Solubility in organic compounds or corrosivity.
e) Reactivity or corrosivity.
