A patient with headache and fever of 38OC, associated with maculopapular rash for two days. Pregnant for 16 weeks, regularly attending prenatal care at the community's UBS, with all prenatal exams performed and normal, normal ultrasound performed at the tenth week. The patient is very nervous because she learned that there are cases of Zika in the community and babies born with microcephaly.
Physical examination: Colored, hydrated, anicteric, eupneic. Maculopapular rash on trunk and upper limbs. RCR2TBNF, BP: 110/70 mmHg, HR: 89 bpm, clean lungs (with physiological MV). Abdomen with gravid uterus, palpable, uterine height 17 cm, cephalic presentation, fetal heart rate: 140 bpm.
