Otherwise the fol-</p><p>lowing applies:</p><p>The TISAX certificate with the assessment level of availability (“Availability High”) must be proven</p><p>by June 30, 2024 at the latest. An internal evaluation has shown that your company has not submit-</p><p>ted the declaration of consent. Due to the short transition period and the possibly high level of prep-</p><p>aration for certification, we ask you to initiate the TISAX certification immediately in order to avoid</p><p>delays on your part. Please take all relevant steps starting from the signed declaration of consent,</p><p>to the registration on the ENX platform to the status report of the TISAX process, in a timely manner.</p><p>We kindly ask you again to sign the "Declaration of consent for the assessment of information pro-</p><p>tection according to TISAX" by June 30, 2023 and send it back to the following mailbox:</p><p>fremdfirmenabnahme@volkswagen.de.</p><p>Please note that failure to comply with these measures regarding the TISAX certificate obligation</p><p>until June 30, 2024 will result in the exclusion of further nominations for all brands of the</p><p>Volkswagen Group!</p><p>If you require further information regarding P-supplier TISAX requirements, please read the en-</p><p>closed attachment carefully.
