Introduction: 
 The purpose of this 
integration test is to 
check the use of WBS 
elements by the Bike 
Company. 
 In the system, a 
fictitious project plan 
has been set up for a 
trade fair. Costs 
incurred are recorded 
on the assigned WBS 
elements. 
 
 
 
At the end of the trade 
fair, the total costs for 
the WBS element are 
settled against two 
cost centers (50% 
each). 
 
 
 
In the following steps, 
we display the project 
in conjunction with 
the WBS elements and 
distribution rule.

1. Project 
Management tab has 
already been 
selected. 
 
 
2. The Project 
Planning Fiori app 
has been set up with 
the Trade Fare project 
data from the system. 
To display the entire 
project plan, choose 
this app in the Project 
Management tile 
group of the SAP Fiori 
launchpad 
 
To open the app, 
select the Project 
Planning Trade Fare 
tile. 
 
 
 
The entire project 
plan for the trade fare 
is displayed.

Now, you display the 
details for WBS 
element I-TF9991 as 
an example. You will 
use this WBS 
element for the actual 
cost posting and the 
subsequent 
settlement of the total 
costs against two 
cost centers. 
 
3. Choose the arrow 
to display the further 
details. 
 
 
4. The settlement rule 
in the WBS element 
determines how the 
cost will be settled. 
You choose this 
button to display the 
settlement rule that 
has been defined.

The Cost Center 
Marketing (DE) and 
the Cost Center 
Sales (DE) are 
entered as 
Settlement Receiver 
Cost Centers. They 
receive 50% each of 
the total costs posted 
to WBS element I-
TF9991. 
 
5. Choose Save. 
 
 
6. Choose SAP to 
navigate back to the 
Launchpad.
