APRESENTAÇÃO PRESENTATION PRESENTACIÓN 5 A Original Filter garante a utilização dos seus filtros contra possíveis defeitos de fabricação, desde que armazenados corretamente em locais isentos de umidade e poeira, mantidos na sua embalagem original, instalados por profissional treinado e sua aplicação feita conforme especificação em catálogos ou manuais do fabricante do veículo. A Original Filter se responsabiliza percentualmente ao custo do reparo necessário para devolver a máquina à sua condição anterior ao momento da avaria, sendo devidamente comprovado que o problema ocorreu devido a um possível defeito de fabricação do filtro. Esta garantia cobre apenas materiais e mão de obra, não sendo aplicável a qualquer filtro permanente que tenha sido modificado ou alterado de alguma forma, ou que tenha sido submetido à utilização inadequada, excesso de calor, exposição à radiação ultravioleta ou instalação indevida. Dessa forma o cliente que desmontar o filtro anulará esta garantia. A presente garantia não cobre nenhum custo relativo à desmontagem ou substituição de produtos que estejam soldados ou afixados de alguma forma em veículos, máquinas, equipamentos e sistemas. Esta garantia não cobre danos causados por agentes externos de qualquer natureza, incluindo acidentes, falhas com energia elétrica, uso em desacordo com as especificações e instruções do fabricante, negligência, modificações, reparos e erros de instalação ou testes. No ato da instalação, se o filtro apresentar defeito, desligue imediatamente o motor, máquina, equipamento ou sistema e entre em contato com a assistência técnica Original Filter ou um representante em sua região. Além dessa garantia por escrito, não há quaisquer outras garantias expressas, implícitas ou de outra forma em relação à comercialização ou adequação deste produto para uso particular.
