O gesso odontológico é um dos materiais utilizados como base para a confecção das próteses dentárias.

PARA QUE SERVE O GESSO ODONTOLÓGICO ?
Normalmente, o gesso odontológico é aplicado em dentes que sofreram perdas de partes de sua estrutura, por cárie, quebras, traumas ou até mesmo tratamento de canal.

OBTENÇÃO DO GESSO 
1. Calcinação: calor para remover a
água. → Passar de diidratado pra
hemidratado
2. Processamento do hemiidratado.
- Trituração.
