The positions used in the Bad Ragaz Ring Method are as follows: 1. Patient: The patient is placed in flotation through an appropriate collar on the neck, covering the thoracic region. A ring is also placed in the pelvic region between L5 and S2. Additional rings can be placed on the extremities. It is important to be careful with hyperextension of the spine. 2. Therapist: The therapist is positioned standing, with the ideal water level around T8-T10 or axillary level. The feet are separated a little more than shoulder-width apart with slightly flexed hips and knees. One foot is pointing to where the movement will start, and the other foot is pointing to where the movement will end. Remember to always follow the specific guidelines and instructions provided by a qualified professional when performing any therapeutic technique.
