Considerando o texto acima, a alternativa correta é a letra d) I, II e III são verdadeiras. O funcionário não foi pago pelas horas extras trabalhadas (I), o empregador recusou-se a aceitar o atestado médico apresentado pelo funcionário (II) e o empregador não pagou ao funcionário os valores devidos na rescisão do contrato de trabalho (III).
