I - The obligation to indemnify the damage caused by the crime.
II - The loss in favor of the Union, except for the right of the victim or third party acting in good faith, of the instruments of the crime, provided that they consist of things whose manufacture, sale, use, possession, or detention constitutes an illicit act, and of the product of the crime or any property or value that constitutes a profit obtained by the agent through the commission of the criminal act.
III - The possibility of the loss of assets or values equivalent to the product or profit of the crime when they are not found or when they are located abroad.
IV - The loss, as a product or profit of the crime, of the assets corresponding to the difference between the value of the convicted person's assets and that which is compatible with his/her lawful income, in the case of conviction for offenses for which the maximum penalty is more than 6 years of imprisonment.

Os efeitos automáticos de uma condenação são: I - A obrigação de indenizar os danos causados pelo crime. II - A perda em favor da União, exceto para o direito da vítima ou terceiro de boa-fé, dos instrumentos do crime, desde que consistam em coisas cuja fabricação, venda, uso, posse ou detenção constitua um ato ilícito, e do produto do crime ou qualquer propriedade ou valor que constitua um lucro obtido pelo agente por meio da prática do ato criminoso. III - A possibilidade de perda de bens ou valores equivalentes ao produto ou lucro do crime quando não forem encontrados ou quando estiverem localizados no exterior. IV - A perda, como produto ou lucro do crime, dos bens correspondentes à diferença entre o valor dos bens do condenado e o que é compatível com sua renda lícita, no caso de condenação por crimes cuja pena máxima seja superior a 6 anos de prisão.
