What is the procedure for recusal of a judge in the Argentinean legal system?

I- After the deadline for evidence and the evidence produced, the parties and the challenged judge will be notified and the incident will be resolved within five (5) days of the deadline for responding to the notification.
II- When the challenged judge is a judge of the first instance, the main case will be sent to the Computerized General Table for a new judge to continue its substantiation.
III- When the challenged judge is a judge of the Chamber, the panel will be integrated with a member of another panel appointed by lot; when it is a judge of the Superior Court of Justice, the other members or legal substitutes will continue to be aware of the case.
IV- If the challenge is admitted, the challenged judge will be separated from the case and the file will be definitively filed with the subrogating judge, with notice to the challenged judge, even if the causes that originated it subsequently disappear.
V- If the challenge is rejected, the resolution will apply the costs and a fine of up to 5000 tax units (UT) for each challenge qualified as malicious.
VI- Any judge who is included in any of the causes of challenge mentioned in this code must excuse himself. He may also do so when there are other reasons that require him to abstain from knowing the trial, based on serious reasons of decorum or delicacy.
