Com base no estudo de caso apresentado, as tarefas que o grupo deve entregar como parte do projeto são: 1. Preparar uma análise contextual da empresa para entender melhor o cenário macro, explicando o modelo de gestão, cultura organizacional, tamanho, segmento de atividade, momento atual, entre outros aspectos relevantes. 2. Elaborar o organograma da empresa com base nas informações identificadas no texto. 3. Desenvolver uma política de recursos humanos para ser apresentada à alta administração da empresa como uma proposta a ser implementada. 4. Preparar cada requisição de pessoal para as posições cujas vagas serão abertas, adicionando as faixas salariais que podem ser usadas para definir o valor do salário de cada posição (considerando a hipótese de apresentar o que é praticado na região por pequenas, médias e grandes empresas). 5. Construir as respectivas descrições de cargo. 6. Definir as etapas do processo de recrutamento e seleção a serem adotadas, considerando um prazo de início, previsão de datas de cada etapa e encerramento - além de explicar a ordem sequencial em que cada posição será trabalhada (quem será selecionado primeiro...) e por que isso será feito. 7. Identificar as fontes de recrutamento que podem ser utilizadas, justificando os motivos para escolher um recrutamento interno, externo ou misto. 8. Projetar quais técnicas de seleção podem ser utilizadas no processo de análise, comparação e escolha de candidatos. 9. Preparar o(s) anúncio(s) para cada vaga e em qual meio a divulgação deve ser feita, incluindo possíveis custos. 10. Preparar as respectivas tabelas de competências para as posições. 11. Desenvolver as perguntas que devem ser aplicadas na entrevista de competências para cada posição cuja vaga está aberta. 12. Preparar um modelo de Parecer Técnico (a ser enviado ao Solicitante) indicando a situação final dos candidatos após as etapas de pré-seleção. 13.
