Who is considered a 'segurado especial' according to Brazilian law?

a) The individual, owner or not, who carries out agricultural activities, permanently or temporarily, in an area larger than 4 fiscal modules; or, when in an area equal to or less than 4 fiscal modules or fishing activity, with the help of employees or through proxies; or in the hypotheses of §§ 10 and 11 of this article;
b) The individual, owner or not, who carries out mineral extraction activity - garimpo, permanently or temporarily, directly or through proxies, with or without the help of employees, used in any capacity, even if not continuous;
c) The minister of religious confession and the member of an institute of consecrated life, congregation or religious order;
d) Revoked;
e) The Brazilian civilian who works abroad for an official international organization of which Brazil is an effective member, even if domiciled and contracted there, except when covered by their own social security regime;
f) The owner of an individual urban or rural firm, the non-employee director and the member of the board of directors of a joint-stock company, the solidary partner, the industry partner, the managing partner and the quotaholder partner who receive remuneration resulting from their work in an urban or rural company, and the associate elected to a leadership position in a cooperative, association or entity of any nature or purpose, as well as the elected syndic or administrator to exercise condominium management activities, provided that they receive remuneration;
g) Whoever provides occasional urban or rural services to one or more companies, without an employment relationship;
h) The individual who carries out, on their own account, an economic activity of an urban nature, for profit or not;
VI - as a casual worker: whoever provides, to several companies, without an employment relationship, urban or rural services defined in the regulation;
VII - as a special insured: the individual resident in the rural property or in an urban or rural agglomeration close to it who, individually or in a family economy regime, even with the occasional help of third parties on a mutual collaboration basis, in the condition of:
a) producer, whether owner, usufructuary, possessor, settled, partner or sharecropper granted, borrower or rural lessee, who explores activity:
1. agricultural in an area of up to 4 fiscal modules; or
2. rubber tapper or plant extractor who carries out their activities in accordance with item XII of the caput of art. 2 of Law no. 9,985, of July 18, 2000, and makes these activities their main means of livelihood;
b) artisanal fisherman or similar, who makes fishing a habitual profession or main means of livelihood; and
c) spouse or partner, as well as a child over 16 (sixteen) years of age or equivalent, of the insured referred to in items a and b of this item, who, demonstrably, work with their respective family group.
§ 10. The member of the family group who has another source of income is not a special insured, except if it arises from:
I - death pension benefit, accident benefit or imprisonment benefit, whose value does not exceed the lowest continuous benefit of the Social Security;
II - social security benefit for participation in a complementary pension plan established under the terms of item IV
