A afirmação é verdadeira. O professor deve atuar permitindo que os alunos se envolvam com as estruturas conceituais das disciplinas científicas e sua imersão no mundo social e cultural. No entanto, isso só é possível com uma formação adequada, ou pelo menos orientada para lidar com os problemas que surgem na sala de aula.
