8.16.5. The candidate who needs additional time to take the exam must submit an opinion issued by a specialist in their disability area, which will justify the need for the additional time requested by the candidate, in accordance with § 2 of article 40 of Federal Decree No. 3,298/1999, until the end of the registration period.
8.16.5.1. The additional time referred to in item 8.16.5 is limited to an increase of up to 60 (sixty) minutes in the exam time.
8.16.6. Visually impaired people who request an enlarged special exam will be offered exams with a font size corresponding to body 18 in A3. The participant with low vision who, in addition to an enlarged exam, has requested the help of a reader or transcriber, will be attended in an individual room. If a special paper or font larger than body 18 is necessary, the candidate must send a Medical Report specifying the need in a justified manner. The number of candidates with an enlarged exam who have not requested the help of a reader or transcriber will be a maximum of 15 (fifteen) per room.
8.16.7. Hearing impaired people who request special conditions will be offered LIBRAS interpreters only for translation of information and/or instructions for taking the exam.

Os candidatos que precisam de tempo adicional para realizar o exame devem apresentar um parecer emitido por um especialista na área de sua deficiência, que justificará a necessidade do tempo adicional solicitado pelo candidato, de acordo com o § 2 do artigo 40 do Decreto Federal nº 3.298/1999, até o final do período de inscrição. O tempo adicional mencionado no item 8.16.5 é limitado a um aumento de até 60 (sessenta) minutos no tempo do exame. Para pessoas com deficiência visual que solicitam um exame especial ampliado, serão oferecidos exames com um tamanho de fonte correspondente ao corpo 18 em A3. O participante com baixa visão que, além de um exame ampliado, solicitou a ajuda de um leitor ou transcritor, será atendido em uma sala individual. Se um papel especial ou fonte maior que o corpo 18 for necessário, o candidato deverá enviar um Relatório Médico especificando a necessidade de forma justificada. O número de candidatos com exame ampliado que não solicitaram a ajuda de um leitor ou transcritor será de no máximo 15 (quinze) por sala. Para pessoas com deficiência auditiva que solicitam condições especiais, serão oferecidos intérpretes de LIBRAS apenas para tradução de informações e/ou instruções para realização do exame.
