Regarding the hierarchy of norms, we verify that international treaties and conventions on human rights, once approved, have the same hierarchical level as constitutional amendments. However, for their approval, the Federal Constitution requires: a) Approval by the Federal Senate, in two rounds, by three-fifths of the votes of its members. b) Approval in each House of the National Congress, in two rounds, by three-fifths of the votes of its members. c) Approval by the Federal Senate, in two rounds, by two-thirds of the votes of its members. d) Approval in each House of the National Congress, in two rounds, by two-thirds of the votes of its members. e) Approval by the Federal Senate, by the absolute majority vote of its members.
