De acordo com o material apresentado, os requisitos mínimos para a implementação de cursos e treinamentos relacionados à prevenção e combate a incêndios são estabelecidos pela NR 23, de acordo com as características de cada segmento econômico. Entre os requisitos mínimos estão noções básicas sobre fogo, reconhecimento da classe e tipo de fogo, uso correto de extintores, equipamentos individuais e coletivos, simulações e planos de evacuação. A Instrução Técnica nº 17/2019 também estabelece requisitos mínimos para a implementação de cursos e treinamentos relacionados à prevenção e combate a incêndios. Não é verdade que os requisitos mínimos são os mesmos para todos os segmentos econômicos ou que são estabelecidos pelo SESMT da empresa.
