A I was one of those people that couldn´t even boil an egg and when I first got a place on my own, I didn´t know where to start. I often ended up bringing home a pizza or putting hot water in one of those instant pot noodles. Then, one day, I decided enough was enough and I signed up for a course at a local adult education centre. On the way there for the first day, I was a bag of nerves and dreading the idea that I might make a fool of myself. However, from the minute the class started all those fears disappeared and I was completely hooked.
