Force is transmitted directly to the drive shaft via the rotary 
vane with these semi-rotary drives. The swivel angle is 
infinitely adjustable 
from 0 to 184° (DSRL-10 and 12). The adjustable stop 
system is separate from the rotary vane so that any forces 
which occur are 
absorbed by the limit stops. The rotary vane is additionally 
cushioned in the end-positions by means of flexible polymer 
pads. The force is 
transmitted directly, and via a spline shaft in a backlash-free 
fashion. An adjusting scale is included at the back for easy 
adjustment.

- DSR: spigot type output shaft
- DSRL: hollow, flanged output shaft

- Corresponding piston diameters from 10 to 40 mm
- Rotation angle
 10 and 12 mm piston diameters: 0 to 181°
 Piston diameters from 16 to 40 mm: 0 to 184°
- Force from 0.5 to 20 Nm

- Electrical, pneumatic or inductive end-position sensing
Position sensing:
Electrical: microswitch S, SR with mounting kit
Pneumatic: stem actuated micro valve S, SO with mounting

Inductive sensors SIEN-M5, SIEN-M8 with mounting kit

- Swivel angle can be set anywhere within the swivel range
- High level energy is cushioned with shock absorbers (sizes 
12 to 40 mm only).
- Brackets for mounting inductive sensors for contactless 
end-position sensing

- Liquid or gaseous media can be fed through the hollow, 
flanged shaft.
