SINTAXE DO INGLÊS – ATIVIDADE CONTEXTUALIZADA

3- The bus return to the station at night.
4- The conference started at tem o’clock on Tuesday last week.
5- The car hit the tree with great force.
6- Sam ate his meal slowly / Sam slowly ate his meal.
7- The teacher went to the town his morning to frost her letter.
8- John ate breakfast on the train this morning.
9- My father speaks to Julie.
10- They break a table for me at the restaurant once a year.
Diferentemente da língua portuguesa, na língua inglesa não existem formas distintas para sujeitos e objetos, sendo assim, as partes são estabelecidas conforme sua colocação na sentença tornando a estrutura das partes de uma frase mais regular que na língua portuguesa. Comumente, a maior parte das linguagens acompanha a ordem sujeito/objeto/verbo ou sujeito/verbo/objeto, as sentenças no inglês em geral são determinadas como um elemento ou uma quantidade de elementos que apresentam um conceito que insere sujeito e verbo, quando alteradas a ordem de uma frase modifica inteiramente a função gramatical, além disto, a língua inglesa possui 4 tipos usuais de frases, sendo elas: Simple Sentence, Compounal Sentence, Complex Sentence e Compounal Complex Sentence e alguns tipos funcionais também, declarative, interrogative, imperative, exclamative classificando as frases conforme sua finalidade comunicativa. Podemos concluir que na língua inglesa os elementos são definidos de acordo com seu posicionamento em uma frase, sendo assim, o conhecimento em relação a ordem das palavras é determinante visto que existem diversas formas de sistematizar as palavras dentro de uma frase.
Unlike Portuguese, in English there are no distinct forms for subjects and objects, so the parts are established according to their placement in the sentence, making the structure of the parts of a sentence more regular than in Portuguese. Commonly, most languages follow the subject/object/verb or subject/verb/object order, sentences in English are generally determined as an element or a quantity of elements that present a concept that inserts subject and verb, when the order of a sentence is changed, it entirely modifies the grammatical function: Simple Sentence, Compounal Sentence, Complex Sentence and Compounal Complex Sentence and some functional types as well, declarative, interrogative, imperative, exclamative classifying the sentences according to their communicative purpose. We can conclude that in the English language the elements are defined according to their position in a sentence, thus, the knowledge about word order is determinant since there are several ways to systematize the words within a sentence
