ARTICLE 
The disease I chose because I recently had an exam about it, he understood the 
disease better to begin with, it is a very common disease, it is a disease with a lot 
of information and to investigate more I learned about the treatment, the diagnosis, 
some classifications of which I will talk about it more late, epidemiology, its 
symptoms. 
 
The new information that I learned will help me in my training to identify a case, be 
it a child or an adult who has this diagnosis and to know how to confirm it. 
Pulmonary tuberculosis is understood as an infectious-contagious disease 
produced by a complex called mycobacterium tuberculosis, this mainly affects the 
pulmonary parenchyma with high risk but is preventable and curable. 
 
This depends on the particles exposed in the air as we know it is a disease that is 
spread by means of drops and by air. It is very high risk to get this infection. But it 
is spread if it is close to a high-risk affected person, whether prolonged or intense. 
Your main risk factors are lifestyle, culture, belief, gender, age. 
It is found more in children over 4 years old, people who were a patient with TB, 
among others, it is important to know the indications to avoid contagion.
