Bruno is telling a friend about the day when Carlton lost his documents. Read the story told by Bruno and then
make questions and answers in the Past Simple about Carlton's mishap.
Bruno: A friend of mine phoned me yesterday. He was traveling to attend his father’s funeral. He said he realized that he
lost his personal documents. Then he said he returned to the places where he was to search for the documents. After
going through several places, he remembered that he stayed at the train station for a long time. He said that perhaps he
forgot his wallet with his documents inside on the bench where he sat while he was there. He returned to the train station
and went to the Lost and Found Department. To his surprise, his wallet was there. All his documents were found. But as
happiness doesn’t last long, he lost the money that was in his wallet.
