O termo ‘gestão democrática’ não aparece no vocabulário, na literatura e nas conduções das políticas públicas para a educação da atualidade por acaso. É fruto de idéias e valores que conduzem e amparam a organização sociopolítica da nossa sociedade. As idéias, os sentidos, os valores de determinadas práticas sociais estão embasadas no que chamamos de paradigma. Assim, diante o exposto no texto sobre: A gestão democrática da escola: bases e epistemológicas, políticas e pedagógicas da autora: Ana Lúcia Felix dos Santos. Disserte sobre o que seria a gestão democrática na concepção da mesma, inserindo nesse discurso as suas próprias acepções a cerda do assunto.
