De acordo com o sistema eletrônico de custas e guias de depósito, se o arquivo estiver corrompido, impedido de ser executado ou lido, o relator deve fazer o seguinte: d) O relator ou outro juiz que não se sinta qualificado para votar imediatamente pode solicitar uma vista por um máximo de 10 dias, após o qual o recurso será reincluído na pauta para julgamento.
