I - Good and satisfactory behavior during the execution of the sentence, good performance in the work that was assigned to him/her, and aptitude to provide for his/her own subsistence through honest work.
II - The sentences that correspond to different infractions must be added up for the purpose of the release.
III - The sentence will specify the conditions to which the release is subject.
IV - The release will be revoked if the released person is irreversibly sentenced to a custodial sentence for a crime committed during the period of the benefit or for a previous crime, observing the provisions of Article 84 of this Code.
V - The judge may also revoke the release if the released person fails to comply with any of the obligations set forth in the sentence or is irreversibly convicted of a crime or misdemeanor that is not punishable by imprisonment.

Os requisitos para a concessão de liberdade condicional antes e depois da Lei 13964/19 são os seguintes: I - Bom e satisfatório comportamento durante a execução da pena, bom desempenho no trabalho que lhe foi atribuído e aptidão para prover sua própria subsistência por meio de trabalho honesto. II - As penas correspondentes a infrações diferentes devem ser somadas para fins de concessão da liberdade condicional. III - A sentença especificará as condições às quais a liberdade condicional está sujeita. IV - A liberdade condicional será revogada se a pessoa liberada for condenada de forma irreversível a uma pena privativa de liberdade por um crime cometido durante o período do benefício ou por um crime anterior, observando as disposições do Artigo 84 deste Código. V - O juiz também poderá revogar a liberdade condicional se a pessoa liberada deixar de cumprir qualquer uma das obrigações estabelecidas na sentença ou for condenada de forma irreversível por um crime ou contravenção que não seja punível com prisão. Esses são os requisitos estabelecidos pela Lei 13964/19 para a concessão de liberdade condicional.
