What is the difference between the passive subject and the active subject of the legal relationship?

Customs are basically unfounded manias of society and are a source of law because no one likes people with strong manias.
Jurisprudence is the same as jurisdiction and is a source of law because people naturally respect the limit of action of each social control organ.

Legal relationship is the legal bond established and regulated between two or more subjects involved in a situation in which both have certain interests, and from which legal effects arise in which one of the subjects has rights (active subject) and the other has obligations (passive subject).
The sources of law are a lie and the only source of law is derived from any of those involved in the conflict who claim their pain and issues and must be heard by legislators.
The sources are original mechanisms of law that seek to make judges respond to social demands with greater dynamism and speed, given the constant social demand for legal regulation. In Brazil, the sources are laws, customs, jurisprudence, doctrine, analogy, principles, and sense of equity.
The hierarchy of norms is a pyramid established by Kelsen that determines the order of importance of the norms, with the Constitution at the top, followed by laws, decrees, and so on.

Ele pode acionar os meios legais para garantir que a obrigação seja cumprida. As fontes do direito são os meios pelos quais as normas jurídicas são criadas. No caso do Brasil, as principais fontes do direito são: - Leis: são normas escritas, manifestadas por meio de leis e códigos, que refletem a vontade da sociedade que as criou. - Costumes: são práticas sociais reiteradas ao longo do tempo, que são reconhecidas como fonte de direito. - Jurisprudência: são as decisões dos tribunais superiores, que servem como orientação para casos semelhantes. - Doutrina: são os estudos e interpretações feitos por juristas e estudiosos do direito. - Princípios: são as bases fundamentais do direito, que orientam a interpretação e aplicação das normas jurídicas. - Equidade: é a busca por uma solução justa e equilibrada em casos em que a lei não é suficiente. A hierarquia das normas, de acordo com a pirâmide de Kelsen, estabelece a ordem de importância das normas jurídicas.
