The necessary items in the internship folder for the Pedagogy course at UNISANTA are: a letter of introduction for the internship (optional), a form with general information about the intern, a frequency registration form, an evaluation form of the intern by the Conceding Institution, a statement of completion of the internship by the Conceding Institution, proof of completion of the supervised internship, an interview with a professional from the Conceding Institution, an observation report of the internship, and a lesson plan aligned with the BNCC.
Only the Letter of Introduction and the Form with General Information about the student (items 1 and 2) should be filled out by hand. The other documents must be typed on a computer.
The Letter of Introduction may be left at the institution where the internship was performed, but if it is not left there, it should be included in the folder.
All items must be converted to a single .pdf file and submitted via AVA on the discipline's page.

Os itens necessários na pasta de estágio para o curso de Pedagogia na UNISANTA são: uma carta de apresentação para o estágio (opcional), um formulário com informações gerais sobre o estagiário, um formulário de registro de frequência, um formulário de avaliação do estagiário pela Instituição Concedente, um comprovante de conclusão do estágio pela Instituição Concedente, comprovante de conclusão do estágio supervisionado, uma entrevista com um profissional da Instituição Concedente, um relatório de observação do estágio e um plano de aula alinhado com a BNCC. Apenas a Carta de Apresentação e o Formulário com Informações Gerais sobre o aluno (itens 1 e 2) devem ser preenchidos à mão. Os outros documentos devem ser digitados em um computador. A Carta de Apresentação pode ser deixada na instituição onde o estágio foi realizado, mas se não for deixada lá, deve ser incluída na pasta. Todos os itens devem ser convertidos em um único arquivo .pdf e enviados via AVA na página da disciplina.
