A alternativa que melhor discute a afirmação é a letra b) A afirmação está correta, pois o reconhecimento e a valorização das pessoas negras no Brasil dependem de condições favoráveis físicas, materiais, intelectuais e afetivas para o ensino e aprendizagem. É um equívoco pensar que o reconhecimento e a valorização das pessoas negras não receberam as iniciativas educacionais necessárias por parte do governo brasileiro.
