According to the text, what are the requirements for educational institutions to adopt digital format for issuing certificates, diplomas, school records, and declarations?
I - The electronic format can be adopted for the issuance of any institutional documents, not just documents proving education, including letters, communications, transfers, and all documentation attesting to studies and completed courses;
II - The documentation format, according to the State Decree No. 42,352 of March 15, 2010, Article 9, Sole Paragraph, will be PDF (Portable Document Format), or another that eventually replaces it, considering the current legislation at the time of issuance of the document;
III - The electronic school documentation, like physical models, must be electronically signed by the Director or Substitute Director and School Secretary. The signature, as provided for in Article 5 of State Decree No. 42,352 of March 15, 2010, will be through a digital certificate issued by a certification authority accredited to the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure (ICP-Brasil), or a format that eventually replaces it, according to the current legislation at the time of issuance of the document;
IV - The electronic documentation that proves education, unlike the physical one that has its registration number defined by books, depends on a dynamic that individualizes it and, at the same time, guarantees authenticity and identity with the Education System of the State of Rio de Janeiro. For this reason, the following registration dynamics are established:
The electronic format can only be adopted for the issuance of documents proving education.
The documentation format must be in Word format.
The electronic school documentation must be signed by the student.
The electronic documentation that proves education has the same registration number as the physical documentation.
a) I and IV are correct.
b) II and III are correct.
c) I, II, III, and IV are correct.
d) Only I is correct.
