TRATAMENTO SISTEMICO
1) TERBINAFINA (250 MG/CP) - 1 tablet per day orally for 4-6 weeks (if hand onychomycosis) or 8-12 weeks (feet);
2) ITRACONAZOL (GERALMENTE DISPONÍVEL NO SUS) (100 MG/CP) - 1 tablet every 12 hours orally for 8 weeks (if hand onychomycosis) or 12-16 weeks (feet);
3) FLUCONAZOL (GERALMENTE DISPONÍVEL NO SUS) (150 MG/CP) - 1 tablet orally once a week for 6 months (if hand onychomycosis) or 9 months (feet).

As prescrições para o tratamento da onicomicose são as seguintes:

1) CICLOPIROX OLAMINA 8% (ESMALTE) - Aplicar nas unhas de 1 a 3 vezes por semana. É recomendado remover o esmalte uma vez por semana, cortar e lixar as unhas.

2) AMOROLFINA 5% (ESMALTE) - Aplicar nas unhas de 1 a 2 vezes por semana.

3) TIOCONAZOL 28% (SOLUÇÃO) - Pingar nas unhas 2 vezes ao dia.

TRATAMENTO SISTÊMICO

1) TERBINAFINA (250 MG/CP) - 1 comprimido por dia via oral por 4 a 6 semanas (se for onicomicose nas mãos) ou 8 a 12 semanas (nos pés).
