What makes me think that this thought is true? Is there any evidence that the thought may not be true, or at least not very true?
Is there another way to see this situation?
If it is true, if the worst happens, what can I do? What is the best that could happen in this situation? What is most likely to happen?
What happens when I believe this thought? What would happen if I changed my way of thinking?
What would I say to a friend if he or she were in this situation? (you can even think of a specific person)
What should I do, then, with or about this problem, more adaptively?

Qual é o melhor que poderia acontecer nessa situação? O que é mais provável que aconteça? - O que acontece quando acredito nesse pensamento? O que aconteceria se eu mudasse minha maneira de pensar? - O que eu diria a um amigo se ele ou ela estivesse nessa situação? (você pode até pensar em uma pessoa específica) - O que devo fazer, então, com ou sobre esse problema, de maneira mais adaptativa?
