O prazo para notificar o empregado sobre o período de férias, de acordo com o Artigo 135 da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), é de no mínimo 30 dias de antecedência. A comunicação deve ser feita por escrito e o empregado deve dar um recibo dessa comunicação.
