To be considered a "Referido" in the Ualá promotion, the person must meet the following conditions: 1. The person must not be or have ever been a Ualá user. 2. The person must download the Ualá App using the link shared by the referring participant. 3. The person must successfully register within the Ualá App. 4. If the Referido is a natural person, they must make a minimum purchase of $300 with the Ualá MasterCard prepaid card or through the App within 30 days of successfully completing their registration. 5. If the Referido is a natural person and wants to enjoy the Ualá Bis benefit, they must accept the Ualá Bis Terms and Conditions and make one or more sales of at least $5,000 with Ualá Bis through the App within the first 90 days after their account is approved. 6. If the Referido is a legal entity, it must be registered in Ualá Bis, have submitted all the required documentation during the onboarding process for legal entities, and have made one or more sales of at least $15,000 within 60 days of the account being approved. 7.
